Job Title : Dual Hotel Chief Engineer
Salary :

Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dual Hotel Chief Engineer to lead the technical and operational aspects of two hotel properties. This key position ensures all mechanical and electrical systems operate efficiently, delivering a safe and seamless experience for guests and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly knowledgeable in engineering technologies, and committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Daily Operations Management : Oversee all engineering functions, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety, and general maintenance services.
Preventive Maintenance : Design and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize breakdowns and maintain peak operational efficiency.
Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor the engineering team, fostering professional growth and building a culture of accountability and excellence.
Budget Oversight : Develop and monitor the department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are controlled.
Compliance and Safety Assurance : Ensure all systems and operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
Emergency Management : Serve as the primary point of response for engineering-related emergencies, offering prompt and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications :
Experience :
A minimum of 5-7 years in hotel engineering or similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Certifications :
HVAC, electrical systems, or facilities management certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Expertise :
Proficient in utilizing Building Management Systems (BMS) and other industry-specific technologies.
Problem-Solving Skills :
Proven ability to address and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
