ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Build our brand loyalty by striving to ensure positive resident interaction
• Meet sales, marketing, and operations goals to achieve occupancy standards
• Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and managing delinquency
• Exposure to revenue, expense reporting and budget management
• Provide personalized tours which result in new leases
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners
• Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws
• Understand the multi-family housing market trends and data
• Ensure the property’s interior and exterior areas have a clean and high-quality appearance
• Coach and mentor team members
