Job Title : Computer Systems Analyst
Concept Type : IT / Systems Management
Location : Remotely and On-Site as needed in Sedona, AZ
Salary Range : Competitive, commensurate with experience
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ in a computer support or Analyst role, preferably within a hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of various business software systems and word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Excellent communication and training skills, service-oriented and stress resilient
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and team member skills
- Some technical or industry certification is desirable; CompTIA A, CCNA, Dell network certification, CompTIA Security, MS fundamentals, ITIL fundamentals, CCSP are a plus
- Appreciation and understanding of Windows, IOS, Android, ITSM systems, Hotel, POS, Financial, Inventory, T&A
- Ability to work flexible hours covering property as necessary
Job Responsibilities :
