Title of Position : Director of Finance
Job Description : Our ideal Director of Finance analyzes, develops and implements strategic plans for all finance-related programs, including insurance, risk management, information systems, purchasing, payroll and benefits. The Director of Finance develops, reviews, and distributes capital and operational budgets. Develops, reviews, and distributes monthly financial statements.
The Director of Finance prepares cash flow forecasts and oversees daily bank balance activity to mitigate risk and ensure optimal operating cash reserves, and collaborates with the operations, development and HR on organizational initiatives and strategic planning.
