Key Responsibilities :
- Source, evaluate, and recruit top-tier candidates for hospitality executive positions, including General Managers, Directors of Operations, Food and Beverage Managers, and other leadership roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and leveraging professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Stay informed about hospitality industry trends and workforce needs to anticipate client requirements and provide strategic recruiting recommendations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create and execute business development plans that align with the firm’s growth objectives.
