Key Responsibilities :
- Oversight of the intricate opening and closing procedures for our esteemed facilities
- Impeccable execution of bar setup to ensure seamlessly efficient service

Required Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, strongly emphasizing luxury dining environments.
- Proven track record of managing a team, including training and mentoring staff to uphold the highest service standards.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in wine selection, pairing, and service.
- Demonstrated ability in efficiently managing inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies.
- Experience creating and implementing innovative beverage menus contributing to the overall dining experience.
- Previous responsibility for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within a food and beverage setting.
