Job Description : We are looking for a Head Chef who brings a smile and positive energy to work every day! The right candidate for this job will also possess a strong background in high-volume, full-service kitchens. Duties will include but not be limited to recruiting, training, mentoring, and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. Must be able to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L. The Head Chef is a working chef who will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures set in place. Our ideal Head Chef is flexible and a customer-focused individual who thrives in a sophisticated atmosphere while maintaining an approachable casual feel.
