Job Description : Full-Service Hotel General Manager
Salary : $90K - $105K
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full-Service Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of our property. This role is critical in ensuring the hotel runs seamlessly, while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and proven ability to drive revenue and guest loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage all hotel departments, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and banqueting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain operational consistency and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
- Guest Satisfaction and Experience
- Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring staff deliver outstanding service at every touch point. Analyze guest feedback through reviews and surveys, and implement solutions to guarantee exceptional service quality.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, inspire, and mentor department heads and staff to achieve operational and service excellence. Conduct regular team meetings, encourage professional growth, and develop a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Financial and Operational Performance
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to meet revenue goals. Monitor and manage expenditures to optimize profitability, while maintaining high-quality service and amenities. Conduct performance analysis to identify opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Develop and execute strategies to elevate market positioning and drive occupancy levels. Ensure alignment with brand standards and implement initiatives to enhance the hotels reputation within the industry.
- Compliance and Standards
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits to maintain the highest standards in all areas of operations.
