The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, benefits administration, and training.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Address employee relations matters, providing guidance to management and employees on workplace issues.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including documentation for payroll and compliance purposes.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and coaching.
- Support initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership on workforce trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the food service, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
