Title of Position : Information Technology (IT) & Digital Manager
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute the IT & Digital strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives. Identify technology trends and innovations that can be leveraged to maintain a competitive edge.
- Infrastructure Management : work cross-functionally relating to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of IT systems.
- Application Development and Integration : Lead the development and integration of software applications tailored to the needs of various business functions, such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, labor management, customer relationship management (CRM), online ordering platforms, and accounting.
- Data Management and Analytics : Establish data management systems and protocols to deliver usable and actionable data to the organization. Structure collection of data and retrieval tools in a manner that empowers users across the organization to efficiently access relevant information.
- Cybersecurity and Compliance : Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard the company's digital assets and customer information. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Vendor Management : Evaluate and manage relationships with IT & Digital vendors, service providers, and consultants. Negotiate contracts, oversee service level agreements (SLAs), and monitor vendor performance.
- Cross-Functional Teams and Development : Build relationships and mentor the field relating to IT, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Budgeting and Cost Management : assist to develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support business priorities while controlling costs and maximizing ROI.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Provide strategic oversight of IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and effective communication with end-users.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and human resources, to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with camera systems and loss prevention a plus.
