Are you an experienced Florida-Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) ready to lead a thriving resident-owned community in Southwest Florida? This is a unique opportunity to oversee a dynamic property featuring resort-style amenities, including a golf course and restaurant, while guiding its continued growth and recovery efforts.
What You'll Do
- Leadership & Operations : Provide strategic oversight for community facilities, golf course, and food & beverage operations. Serve as a trusted liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.
- Crisis & Disaster Management : Manage recovery efforts following hurricanes and other challenges, ensuring quality repairs and support for residents during transitions.
- Financial Stewardship : Develop and manage budgets, oversee assessments, and maintain the financial stability of the community.
- Conflict Resolution : Enforce community bylaws with diplomacy, addressing resident concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Vendor & Team Coordination : Supervise department managers and work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality results.
