Title of Position : Restaurant General Manager.

Job Description :

• As the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for all the overall functions of a single restaurant. Selecting, training, and developing the hourly staff as well as the management team will be the responsibility of the General Manager.
• The ability to lead by example and develop a team-focused environment will be essential in maintaining the operational excellence of the restaurant.
• Maintaining an exceptionally high level of food and service quality will be a critical function as our General Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with all company guidelines in addition to safety and health standards will be the responsibility of the Restaurant's General Manager.
• As the Restaurant General Manager you will be held accountable for administrative functions such as managing food and labor costs, product ordering, proper inventory control, budgeting- P&L, and restaurant human resource functions.

Qualifications :

• The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest-orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
• Open availability is a requirement for the General Manager.
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager.
• The General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others.
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience as a General Manager.
