As we continue to expand our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, we are seeking a creative and data-driven DTC Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our marketing efforts. Position Overview :
The DTC Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing comprehensive DTC marketing strategies to drive online and on-site sales, enhance brand visibility, and deepen customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices, and have a passion for the wine industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement end-to-end DTC marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead e-commerce growth through paid digital advertising (PPC, social media), SEO, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Drive the customer journey , optimizing each touchpoint to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV) using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to optimize strategies.
- Oversee the winerys social media presence and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Manage the marketing budget , ensuring effective spend allocation across digital channels.
- Utilize A / B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance website performance and online shopping experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to maintain a leading edge in the DTC space.
