Position : Restaurant Recruiter
Job Description : Were looking for a motivated, friendly self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities include identifying recruiting needs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates, verifying references, and collaborating with managers. Strong internet search skills, excellent communication, and adherence to protocol are essential.
The IDEAL candidate will live in one of the following states : UTAH, ARIZONA, MONTANA, WYOMING, NEVADA
The IDEAL candidate is someone who has :
- 3 years of management or culinary recruiting experience.
- A high level of technology skills and is not afraid of learning new technology.
- Experience being on their computer / phone and conducting interviews 6-8 hours per day.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
This person must desire to mentor management applicants and impact lives daily.
