Bilingual Restaurant Recruiter
Latin Sports Cantina
Hybrid - 2 Days from your home office and 3 days from Plano Office
Salary : $65,000-$70,000 plus bonus
Full Benefit package, PTO and 11 Holidays

Job Qualifications :
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English;
- At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in the restaurant industry, but not required;
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven experience with social media recruitment platforms;
- Superior negotiation and problem-solving skills.
