- Playing a vital role in hiring, orientation, and performance management, fostering associate engagement and talent retention.
- Developing and implementing the strategic direction of the outlet to facilitate growth while maintaining high food and beverage standards.
- Building strong interdepartmental relationships to promote a positive working environment for associates.
