Salary : $65,000-$68,000

Responsibilities :
The Food Hospitality Retail Manager will have a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our food and retail services. Your responsibilities will include :
Oversee Critical Cash Operations : Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring accuracy and security.
Manage Food and Supplies Orders : Coordinate the procurement of food and supplies, maintaining inventory levels and supplier relationships.
Execute and Plan Future Menus : Collaborate with culinary teams to design and implement seasonal and innovative menus.
Maintain Secure Receipt Storage : Ensure all financial documentation is securely stored and easily accessible.
Financial Control over Product Usage : Monitor and control product usage to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Implement Safety Programs : Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
Collaboration : Work closely with the Director to support high client satisfaction and positive associate relations.
Achieve Financial Goals : Contribute to achieving both company and client financial goals through effective management and strategic planning.
Qualifications :
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager with the following qualifications :
Proven experience in a retail management role within the food hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of cash operations and financial management.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in menu planning and execution.
Knowledge of safety and health regulations within the food hospitality sector.
