We're a rapidly growing restaurant company seeking an experienced and skilled Area Leader of Training to join our team in Harrisburg, PA . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading training efforts across multiple locations in the Harrisburg, PA area.
Responsibilities of the Area Leader of Training :
- Support restaurant training efforts in Harrisburg, PA, ensuring high-quality standards and execution
- Conduct restaurant visits to evaluate training needs and identify operational support needs in Harrisburg, PA
- Lead training classes, including ServSafe and Train the Trainer programs, in Harrisburg, PA
- Partner with the Area Business Unit Leader to support restaurant performance and identify training needs in Harrisburg, PA
