Salary : $140K - $170K 25% Annual Bonus
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and visionary Vice President of Food & Beverage / Culinary to lead our dynamic dining operations across our portfolio. This executive role will be pivotal in driving strategic innovation, cultivating exceptional dining experiences, and upholding our commitment to enhancing the quality of our F&B Experience for all of our guests. The ideal candidate will blend passion for culinary excellence with a proven track record in leadership, operations management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a forward-thinking F&B strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and resident expectations, focusing on elevating the dining experience across communities.
- Operational Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of F&B programs, including menu development, cost control, staffing, and supplier management.
- Culinary Excellence : Partner with culinary teams to design and implement innovative, resident-focused menus that balance nutrition, creativity, and presentation.
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary and F&B management team, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance Management : Ensure all F&B and culinary operations adhere to quality, health, and food safety regulations, aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Responsibility : Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Innovation : Stay ahead of food service trends, leverage technology and emerging practices to redefine our F&B Operations and differentiate the organization from our competitors
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with other departments to integrate F&B services into community programming, marketing, and wellness initiatives.
- Performance Metrics : Develop and track KPIs for culinary services, including satisfaction, food quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
