We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our popular dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional service, a keen eye for operational efficiency, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality food and beverages. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining food quality, and driving the restaurant’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Development : Manage, train, and inspire a team of front and back-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Guest Experience : Ensure every guest has a positive dining experience by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
- Operational Management : Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the venue.
- Financial Oversight : Assist with budgeting, controlling costs, and managing revenue goals, including ensuring proper inventory control and maintaining labor cost targets.
- Staff Scheduling & Payroll : Create and manage staff schedules to ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed at all times while controlling labor costs.
- Quality Control : Monitor food and beverage quality, portion control, presentation, and cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas to maintain consistency and uphold brand standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food handling and employee safety practices.
- Marketing & Promotions : Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional events and marketing strategies to attract guests and boost sales.
