Title of Position: Service Manager
Job Description: The Service Manager will ensure all front-of-house operations are running efficiently. Maintaining constant communication with the Kitchen Manager and back of house staff is essential for The Service Manager to ensure smooth service. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to make on the spot decisions will assist The Service Manager in controlling each shift and ensuring outstanding food and service quality. Training the hourly staff as well as developing their knowledge and providing constant performance feedback will be expected of our Service Manager. As The Service Manager, you will be expected to create a positive and professional environment for both the staff and guests alike. Additional functions as our Service Manager will include but are not limited to budgeting, P&L, cash control, scheduling, daily/weekly reports, inventory and product ordering.

Qualifications:
- The Service Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
