Gedeon GRC is looking for a Marketing Director to join our firm. This position will further the company growth by identifying new project opportunities, developing business relationships and creating company awareness throughout the industry.
SALARY RANGE :
125,000-$160,000 annually. Pay commensurate with experience.
LOCATION :
Remote (local to the NYC Metro Area). This position expects about 10% of travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Determine and set marketing objectives to meet goals set by the President / CEO.
- Manage, mentor and support direct reports through training and feedback.
- Translate marketing objectives into an effective marketing plan and establish marketing policies and procedures to meet these objectives.
- Represent the company to clients, industry and networking events, etc.
- Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principals to secure new clients and projects and manage business development opportunities of all company offices.
- Supervise and approve the development of proposals, scopes of work, estimate fees, project and personnel experience profiles and ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in all pre-proposal meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
