Automotive Technician Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using the latest technology and tools.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Identify issues and communicate them effectively to the Service Advisor and customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and continuously improve your skills.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay Plan: Flat Rate. All our shops have over 120 hours of available billable hours per pay period (2 weeks)!

Qualifications
Automotive Technician Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; ASE certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and maintain detailed records of service and repairs.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
