To keep our stellar record going, we are seeking our Automotive Technician/Mechanic for immediate hire! Working as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you’d get the opportunity to join our busier-than-ever service department. The ideal candidate would have the ability to take full advantage of all of the billable hours we can provide as well as bring 1-3 years of experience to the table.
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.
- Conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts.
- Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
- Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Benefits and Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000-$120,000 per year with a flat-rate pay plan. Abundant workload ensures you won't be short on hours.

Qualifications
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working on Ford vehicles preferred.
- Ford Certification is preferred but will consider other manufacturer certifications with experience.
- Driver’s License
- Personal Tools
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
