We are actively expanding our sales team and are hiring Bilingual Sales Representatives/Consultants for immediate hire. Our Bilingual Sales Representatives/Consultants help our dealer provide top-notch customer support to both our English and Spanish-speaking clientele. This position has a high-volume workload but is very rewarding to those who can keep up! The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales and would be fluent in English and Spanish.

• Assist customers through the purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.

Qualifications

Bilingual Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior automotive sales experience.
• 3 years prior sales experience.
• Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
