Our dealership has experienced the largest swing in market share change so we are actively pursuing a Car Sales Representative/Consultant to join our ranks. You would be working on our Sales Team, assisting our clients through the purchasing process. Here at Gresham Subaru, we put forth a conscious effort to make sure everyone belongs! We are a very casual and fun group. We’ve always had a “Work-Hard, Play-Hard” mentality but we work hard first.
The ideal Car Sales Representative/Consultant is going to have a warm personality with a friendly demeanor. Our veteran salespeople and seasoned management team are more than confident that they can train the right candidate who’s willing to learn!
Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.
Car Sales Representative/Consultant Compensation & Benefits
The Pay Plan is commission-based – there is no limit on how much money you can make!
- $4,000/mo guarantee for the first 90 days.

Qualifications
Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales are not required but gladly accepted.
- Strong work history.
- Reliability and work ethic.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
