You will be responsible for managing the entire financing process, from structuring deals to working with lending institutions and ensuring timely closings. Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales team to optimize opportunities and support the dealership’s growth.
Finance Manager Responsibilities
- Reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures.
- Preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products.
- Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them.
- Obtaining credit approval, securing financing, and preparing delivery documentation.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients/guests.

Qualifications
Finance Manager Qualifications
- Previous experience procuring automotive loans.
- Strong knowledge of finance and leasing products, processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.
