Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction (CSI), growing volume, improving profits, and leading a team to consistently exceed performance goals. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our dealership’s reputation for excellence, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

General Manager Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, including sales, service, and parts departments
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business decisions

- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
General Manager Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in automotive dealership management, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of automotive industry trends, market analysis, and financial management
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
