Parts Counter Advisor Job Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues related to parts and accessories.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing stockouts.

Qualifications
Parts Counter Advisor Qualifications

Experience: 6 months of experience in a parts counter or customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership environment.

Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories, as well as inventory management software.

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
