Our dealership has big things in store for 2022 and now is the time to join! Working as our Service Advisor, your main objective would be writing up ROs and being our main conduit between our service department and our guests. The ideal candidate would have prior service advising experience in a new car dealership.
Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications
Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous Automotive Advising experience strongly recommended.
- Prior Dealership experience.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention-to-detail
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
