Ron Tonkin Toyota is one of the fastest growing dealerships in the Greater Portland Area. Our dealership won the Toyota Elite Award in 2020! With business booming the way it is, we are interested in adding a Service BCD Representative to our Service Team. Our Service BDC Representatives play a large role in part on our Service Team because they are the face and the voice. Your job would revolve heavily around customer service. The ideal candidate would have a bright personality and previous experience operating a phone system and computer.
Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling customers into our online system.
- Assisting with customer rentals.
- Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive outbound service scheduling.
- Answering the phones and email correspondence.

Qualifications
Service BDC Representative Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Computer and phone literacy.
- Phone etiquette and communication skills.
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
