Honda World is looking to expand its team with an enthusiastic and organized Warranty Admin to help us manage Honda automobile warranty-related clerical duties in our busy service department. This role is vital to our operations, as a significant portion of repairs in our service department is processed through Honda automobile warranty claims. If you have previous Honda warranty experience and strong computer and clerical skills, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Monday – Friday or 4 weekdays Saturday
Honda Warranty Admin Job Responsibilities
- Process Honda automobile warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Ensure all Honda automobile warranty paperwork is properly completed and documented.
- Verify that all criteria required by Honda are met.
- Reconcile warranty receivables with payments in the appropriate accounting schedule.
- Post credits in the computer system.
- Promptly resubmit rejected Honda automobile warranty claims or obtain authorization to write them off.
- Follow up on the payment of outstanding Honda automobile warranty claims.
- Track Honda automobile warranty parts by tagging them with repair order numbers, replacement dates, and disposal dates.
- Coordinate the shipping of parts to Honda or arrange for parts to be scrapped.
- File and maintain service records as required by Honda.

Qualifications
Honda Warranty Admin Qualifications
- Previous Honda Warranty Administrator experience (employed at a Honda dealer or a 3rd party warranty admin company) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work history with a solid track record.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
