This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing ICS to ensure maximum productivity, quality, and cybersecurity. You'll develop automation systems, including HMI and PLCs, to enhance manufacturing efficiency and oversee facility and equipment improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain ICS for manufacturing processes.
- Secure ICS against cyber threats.
- Develop and program automation systems to improve efficiency.
- Plan and implement equipment installations and upgrades.
- Document changes to software and hardware.
- Inspect installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for construction and maintenance teams.
- Manage capital projects and liaise with suppliers, consultants, and insurance representatives.
