Key Responsibilities :
Design and improve mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to meet performance and reliability requirements.
Utilize SolidWorks to develop and update 3D models and detailed drawings.
Participate in engineering change management and design phase reviews.
Develop design specifications, select materials, and optimize for manufacturing and assembly.
Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and failure mode assessments (FMEA)
Maintain and manage technical documentation and design history records.
Work with quality and test teams to validate product performance and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to enhance design and cost-effectiveness.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving field issues, implementing corrective actions.
What you Bring :
BS in Mechanical Engineering
Exposure to electro-mechanical systems (motors, pumps, control systems, hydraulic components)
Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, injection molding, casting, extrusion, and welding
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical system integration
Proficiency in SolidWorks
