What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Capacity Coordinator position at Gee Group - SNI Companies?

SNI Companies has partnered with a growing company in the Jacksonville, Florida area in search of Logistics Capacity Coordinator . This is a ONSITE position.

This position is open for US Citizen & Green Card candidates.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Track and trace shipments from pickup to delivery by staying in constant communication with carriers and drivers.
Update transportation management software – real-time throughout lifecycle of shipment.
Schedule / Re-schedule appointments as needed.
Assist customers with status updates via phone or email along with updating customer web portals

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry

Carrier Support / Sales experience needed.

Must be computer literate and able to work as a team player, multitask, problem solve and handle high volume inbound and outbound calls & emails in a stressful environment.

Ability to quickly learn new software.
