Production Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead operations and drive continuous improvement within their production facility.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing production, materials, and maintenance teams in a plant setting. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day production operations while collaborating with corporate leadership abroad to plan and execute strategic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall facility performance.
- Manage and coordinate production schedules, materials, and personnel within the plant.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership abroad to align production goals with global strategies and objectives.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability among production, materials, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying and addressing any issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams, driving both performance and morale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of an organization.
- Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
