To meet the demand for its solutions we are looking to add a talented and driven Account Executive to our team. This position will report to the Sales Director Americas. Open to remote candidates all over United States.

The Job


  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation to close, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets of $1 million.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our warehouse automation solutions to effectively communicate benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in prospect organizations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical team to present and demo our solutions and deliver pre-sale designed solutions.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Identify, develop, and manage, large strategic accounts.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies. This may include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, setting clear sales objectives, devising action plans and timelines.
  • Develop and support Channel Partners
  • Occasional travel to client site and trade shows in and out of the US. are needed.

Qualifications


  • 5-10 years of sales experience selling solutions in distribution, order fulfillment, or manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, dynamic and work independently
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual environment.
  • Available for travel domestically and international

Preferred:


  • Proficient in data analytics such as excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Proficient in AutoCad
