Sales Operations (on-site opportunity)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in hosting regular sales meetings with relevant stakeholders, monitor the sales progress of Americas region, and provide support to overseas teams in achieving designated sales targets while mitigating critical risks
- Conduct data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance risk assessments to provide insights and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for sales and the business
- Streamline internal systems and processes, adeptly utilize sales tools like CRM, optimize sales business processes, and enhance the work efficiency of the sales team
- Host sales training sessions to disseminate sales policies and processes, and create (and review) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Provide essential business support to the sales team, including facilitating internal processes, troubleshooting, and other related responsibilities
- Assist in any ad hoc projects and/or events as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales operations is a must
- A proven track record of driving sales growth would be an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, detail minded and organized
- Strong people management, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese.
