Job Overview:
This position will aid in the execution of transformative IT projects focused on Digital Engineering, DevSecOps services, and enterprise analytics. The Program Integrator will ensure alignment between the supporting technologies and organization objectives and strategic priorities. This role requires a balance of technical experience, program integration, oversight, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Program Coordination and Execution
• Drive the implementation of IT initiatives that enable digital transformation.
• Ensure program milestones and objectives are met.
• Lead collaboration and integration efforts across IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Technical Review Board(s) to validate technical solutions against customer requirements.
Technical Integration
• Assist in integrating and operationalizing DevSecOps pipelines, automation capabilities, and containerized solutions into digital engineering processes.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance for integrating engineering practices into the design of a Digital Engineering Ecosystem.
• Provide support and guidance, if necessary, in support of system administration, database management, and collaboration platforms.
Data Mesh and Cross-Domain Integration
• Assist in the requirements for developing data mesh, fabric, and thread capabilities that facilitate the use of data as a differentiator or managing projects across different domains of business and engineering operations.
• Work with stakeholders to define access control and governance parameters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of relevant experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Atlassian, or other applicable certification
• CompTIA Security CE Certification or equivalent.
• PMP or ITIL Certification is a plus
Desired Skills:
• Background in IT system administration, database administration, or enterprise IT solutions.
• Program integration and governance experience within an Army or DoD organization.
• Familiarity with commercial cloud services, DevSecOps practices, automation, Kubernetes or containerization.
• Understanding of MBSE or digital engineering practices.
