Position Overview
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, business analysis, governance, and capital markets, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate development of projects for trading systems, prioritizing development, and allocating resources.
- Manage projects, working with business, operations, and technical leads to deliver on time and within budget.
- Grow cross-functional teams and improve performance.
- Create plans and reports, develop KPIs, and introduce new processes and procedures.
- Identify growth opportunities, manage expectations and risks, and anticipate strategic changes.
- Design and run Scrum calls, planning sessions, budgeting, retrospectives, and knowledge libraries.
- Lead process improvement initiatives for trading systems and manage multiple projects.
- Develop root cause analysis programs and create procedures for resolving trading systems issues.
- Develop presentation materials and address regulatory issues using JIRA implementation.
- Work with senior management on complex data solutions and risk management.
- Communicate with C-suite executives and propose business solutions using industry best practices.
- Facilitate overall product and system design, functionality, and acceptance metrics.
- Develop PMO procedures to align execution strategy and change initiatives with organization goals.
- Manage integration of new financial products and technology for wealth management and financial services.
- Utilize hybrid project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SAFE, and Kanban.
- Manage program financials, ROIs, and prepare briefing materials for key leaders.
