Job Description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This position is part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, and meal support, as outlined in their individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and inclusive living environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, including observations, concerns, and progress updates.
Requirements:
- CNA license (preferred)
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
