Job Opportunity: We are currently seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Geer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN at Geer Village, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being throughout all stages of life.
- Deliver medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Record and monitor vital signs and health status of residents.
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting residents' comfort and dignity.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut. Ability to accurately monitor vital signs and respond to changes in resident conditions. Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in memory care is beneficial but not required. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
