- Ph.D. in Social Psychology or a related field by the start date.
- Strong research background in relationship science and/or well-being science.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Proficiency in several statistical software programs (e.g., R, SPSS, MPlus).
- Experience with advanced analytic techniques (e.g., latent profile analysis).
- Strong organizational, verbal, and presentation skills.
