As an established Full Stack Developer at the mid-level, you will play a crucial role in our digital innovation team, taking on more responsibility and actively contributing to the planning and execution of G.E.H.A’s digital innovation program through proof of concept to pilot developments. You should have a solid technical foundation and a proven record of delivering high-quality solutions. Your expertise will be vital in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial design and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to gather, refine, design, develop, and implement applications in a demonstration environment.
Assist in the development of cloud-based solutions and manage cloud infrastructure.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues within piloted applications and cloud services.
Learn and apply industry best practices and coding standards across various development domains.
Collaborate with designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development.
Required Skills and Qualifications (3-6 Years)
Requisite experience and / or accredited degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related computer technical field
3 years of experience building software applications.
3 years of experience in data warehousing and analytics applications
3 years of experience software engineering using relevant technologies such as programming languages, APIs, and databases.
3 years of experience in public cloud solutions design and security controls.
3 years of experience publishing engineering patterns or other reusable artifacts for cloud enablement
Strong knowledge of Angular and / or React
Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core version 2 and up
Experience with cloud-native database solutions such as RedShift, Synapse, Snowflake, etc.
Ability to work from start to end of an application development cycle.
Experience delivering software in an Agile or Lean delivery method.
Experience with GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure
Strong knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Big Query, etc.
Understanding of designing and testing Web APIs
Experience with Healthcare knowledge / background, AI and Automation tools a strong plus.
Work-at-home requirements
Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,223 - $149,737 USD.
