SHOP FOREMAN:

-Ability to read drawings/blueprints and setup jobs
-Ability to use angle devices, tape measure, square, setup instruments

-Experience with welding procedures is a plus
-Experience with measurements and communications with project leads

-Ability to setup fast and think thru the total job.
-Ability to handle multiple jobs
-Inherent display of care in their work
-Quick thinker
