Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, providing product information, and driving sales to meet targets.
THIS POSITION IS 100% Commission uncapped.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in person visits to homeowners ( Warm leads) ( These are leads that have already reached out to us )
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Provide information on pricing, features, and benefits of products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean attire and presence
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain customer relationships
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience , ideally in a home service business
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of a prior sales process
