Description - Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to drive Quality high-context sales and provide exceptional customer service in our Latin American markets. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, excels in relationship-based sales, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Product and Solution Expert – Engage with training materials both on and off the job to ensure a quick learning curve and time to study and understand our products and applications outside of work to better present as a subject matter expert.
- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation – Identify and engage potential customers, develop new accounts, and grow business through strategic outreach.
- Account Management – Qualify leads, understand customer needs, provide product solutions, and ensure follow-ups for repeat business.
- Customer Relationship Development – Build rapport with key decision-makers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong communication.
- Sales Execution – Review bids, specs, and drawings; utilize research techniques to identify opportunities; and manage orders using ERP and CRM software.
- Professional Communication – Craft concise, professional emails and maintain a polished company image.
- Continuous Learning – Stay up to date on products, competitors, industry trends, and professional sales techniques.
Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in industrial, commercial, or construction markets.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal (preferred).
- Strong phone presence, negotiation skills, and business writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Cloud, and CRM/ERP software.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a competitive drive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts efficiently.
- Some travel for events and training and a current passport will be required.
