Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Constantly engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Policy Recommendations: Provide personalized insurance policy recommendations based on client requirements.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional needs they may have.
Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest changes and trends in the insurance industry to better assist clients.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products that enhance the client's insurance portfolio.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have an active Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
Experience: Some experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Service: Demonstrates a customer-first attitude with the ability to address customer needs and exceed expectations.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
