Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Support & Coaching
Assist with weekly side-by-sides (1β2 agents per week)
Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback
Be a go-to resource for agent questions, using the IRAC method
Reinforce takeaways from coaching and meetings
Team Culture & Motivation
Help lead morning boot-up sessions (minimum twice weekly)
Promote and support contests and incentives
Encourage peer-to-peer positivity and engagement
Support planning of quarterly team outings and recognitions
Accountability & Operations
- Monitor follow-ups and calendar management among agents
- Observe the sales floor and report performance gaps
- Help distribute Leads and assist with re-quote management
- Leadership Development
- Read one leadership or sales book every two months
- Share learnings during boot-ups or in team chat
- Document agent interactions in OneNote when appropriate
- Propose one improvement idea each month
- Qualifications:
- Proven initiative and consistent work ethic

- You will have a sales quota to meet
Requirements
- 440 or 220 Insurance License is REQUIRED
- Sales Experience in Insurance REQUIRED
- Bilingual : English and Spanish
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
