Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish
- In office position - must commute to 3050 S. M L King Jr Way, Tucson, AZ 85713
- Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
